Cynthia Taylor
I am originally from the Boston area and have been a real estate broker since the early 1970's, owning my own real estate office on Cape Cod, Massachusetts for many years.

In 1991 I decided it was time to leave the cold weather behind and joined a large resort company with multiple resorts on many islands in the Caribbean, as director of sales and marketing. This gave me the opportunity to visit a great many of the Island before deciding on the perfect paradise, St. Croix, here I retired to in 2000.


I choose St. Croix because after traveling around the Caribbean for 12 years I decided to settle and purchase my home here because I wanted to live under the security of the US flag and still have all that a true Caribbean Island has to offer.

The real estate environment on this island enjoys a friendly work environment and we share all our listings through the Multiple Listing service, which allows you, the Buyer to choose your Broker and let them work one on one with you without having to shop around. You can browse through the listing or, if you would rather, I can do the research for you and email them to you.

Having grown up in New England, I always dreamed of living in a tropical paradise. In 1993 I finally had a chance to realize my dream. I came to visit the lovely island of St Croix. And in the true sense of the classic story….. I came on vacation and stayed. I spent many years working in various sectors of the Hospitality industry and came to know the island and its people very well. I met Cynthia in 1997 and we became fast friends. When I decided to change careers, she suggested that I come to work for her at Farchette and Hanley as her licensed assistant. The rest as they say is history. In working as an assistant, I am able to learn about the real estate business from the inside. This allows me to use a world of experience that is available in order to be a first class realtor.
